Bio Rajender’s desire for expanding his love and knowledge of computer science and programming to the field of digital media was the key motivator that brought him to ISNM. He has been engaged in projects on auto distribution product systems and office automation in his home country India and practiced his skills at the Fraunhofer Institute for Graphic Data Processing before joining the M.Sc. Digital Media programme. In his thesis “Affective Emotions”, Rajender explored how emotions can make human-computer interaction more realistic. During his stay at ISNM, Raj was very active in its intercultural environment, always available for new students arriving in Lübeck. He didn’t hesitate to also follow his passion for cricket and founded a Lübeck team with other ISNM classmates, leading them to national success in this sport. Although offered a job in Lübeck upon graduation, he was not able to accept it due to visa regulations at that time, and now resides in Great Britain where he has continued his career in computing and digital media.
