Bio Professor of Interactive Computer Graphics at the University of Bremen, internationally active Computer Artist. In 1963 he began experimenting with the "Graphomat Z64", the legendary drawing machine of Konrad Zuse, at the Technical University of Stuttgart. Prof. Dr. Nake had his first artistic exhibition in 1965 in Stuttgart as one of the pioneers of Computer Art. Since the 1970s, his art also covers a wide range of political, economic and theoretical criticism of computer science.
