Education Greg completed his M.Sc. in Digital Media at the ISNM in 2004. He finished a B.Sc. in Physics in 1999 from McGill University (Montréal, Canada) with a minor focus in electroacoustic music techniques.
Bio Born in 1976, Greg is currently working as a graphics designer and media researcher at the Banff New Media Institute in Canada's Rocky Mountains. He has broad academic and professional experience, including work as a high school teacher, an FM radio programmer, and more recently a professional web designer. His research has been published and presented in academic journals and conferences, and he has work experience in Canada, South America, Africa, and Europe. Greg is a co-founder of Noesis, a knowledge media design company that specializes in research, consulting, and production of visual digital media solutions which improve organizational communication by facilitating the collaboration and mutual inspiration between art, science and business.
Focus Greg's M.Sc. research, completed at the ISNM in June 2004, centered on the development of interaction design and visualization strategies for the communication of knowledge. His current research focus includes the development of design strategies for the facilitation of the transfer of knowledge in complex organizations.
